The public and all interested parties are hereby invited to attend the THIRD department of health sanctioned public hearing on the IRR for the “Universally Accessible Cheaper & Quality medicines Act of 2008” on October 09, 2008 from 09:00 am to 12:00 nn at The Lung Center of thePhilippines Auditorium, 2nd Floor, T-Block, Quezon Ave., Quezon City.
This public hearing shall deal with the following:
- Chapter 1: General provisions
- Chapter 5: Non-Discriminatory Clause
- Chapter 6: Generics Law Amendments
- Chapter 7: Pharmacy Law Amendments
- Chapter 8: Miscellaneous Provision
