Hi everyone! I want to share some information and guide before buying a lot. You will need the following documents

Number 1. Original TCT (Transfer Certificate Title) from the Owner(Individual) or Developer. Check the authenticity in the Register of Deeds ng city/municipality or LRA.
Number 2. Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS), between the Seller (Owner) and Buyer (YOU). Then, have it notarize as soon as possible.
Number 3. Tax Receipts and Tax Declaration (from Seller).
Number 4. Location Map and/or Vicinity Map.
Number 5. Release of Mortgage (if the property is currently morgage in the bank or financial institution).
